1. Information Handled by the Platform

When you use the THCSS platform (https://app.thcss.in) or enroll in courses, the following categories of information are handled:

Account & Contact Details: Your name, registered email address, and authentication details required to set up your account, verify your identity, and provide access.
Clinical Case Notes: Practitioner observations, patient symptom descriptions, and repertorized rubrics entered during case taking sessions.
Transaction & Order Records: Transaction references, order dates, and payment receipts received from authorized payment processors. (Raw payment card details, CVVs, and banking passwords are never handled or stored on our servers).

2. How Your Information Is Used

Information is used strictly to deliver and support the services you have requested:

To provide clinical decision support tools, repertory analysis, and prescription formatting.
To manage your active subscription, authenticate sign-ins, and deliver enrolled course content.
To provide customer support, billing assistance, and technical troubleshooting when you contact us.
To communicate critical administrative updates, such as account security notices or service adjustments.

3. Privacy Safeguards

Account-Scoped Isolation: Each practitioner’s workspace is strictly isolated. Case records and clinical notes are linked exclusively to the authenticated account that created them and cannot be viewed by other subscribers.
In-Browser Working Session: Daily case taking, repertory lookups, and clinical note organization occur within your active browser working session for responsive and private interaction.
Secure Web Transmission: All data exchanged between your browser and the platform is transmitted over secure, encrypted web protocols (HTTPS / TLS).

4. Commercial Privacy Commitments

Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information or clinical notes to data brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketing agencies.
No Third-Party Advertising Trackers: The THCSS application does not include third-party advertising SDKs or behavioural tracking pixels.
No Public AI Training on Your Cases: Patient case notes and practitioner records entered into the application are not used to train public machine-learning models.
