THCSS Courses: Portal Login & Access Guide

Enrolled practitioners access all THCSS educational lectures, clinical modules, and recorded Q&A sessions through dedicated course member areas hosted on drarpana.com.

1. How to Access Your Course Member Area

Because THCSS offers multiple specialized programs and bundles, each offering connects to its own dedicated member-area destination.

Step 1: First-Time Account Setup

Complete your course purchase on the checkout page.
Locate the automated course-access email sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Click the access or account setup link inside the email.
Set a secure password for your course account.
You will be redirected immediately into your course dashboard.

[!TIP] Check Spam / Junk Folders: If your course-access email is not visible in your inbox within 10–15 minutes of purchase, check your Spam/Junk folder and Promotions or Updates tabs. For detailed troubleshooting, see I Haven’t Received My Course Access Email.

Navigate directly to your course’s member-area URL listed in the directory below.
Enter your registered email address (the email used during course enrollment).
Enter your course portal password.
Click Log In to enter your student dashboard.

Please remember that THCSS Courses and the THCSS AI Assistant App operate on completely separate platforms:

Course Member Areas (drarpana.com): Hosts your educational videos, live Q&A session recordings, and clinical mentorship modules.
THCSS AI Assistant App (https://app.thcss.in): The clinical decision support software for symptom analysis and repertorization.

Signing in to a course member area does not sign you into the AI Assistant App, and your AI Assistant App Magic Link or password cannot be used on drarpana.com.

Issue 1: Forgotten Course Portal Password

On your course’s member-area login screen, click “Forgot Password?”.
Enter your registered email address and submit the request.
Check your email inbox (and Spam/Junk folder) for the password reset message and follow the link to establish a new password.

Issue 2: “User Not Found” or Unrecognized Email

Verify that you are entering the exact email address used at the time of purchase.
Check that you are attempting to log into the correct course member area (see directory above).

Issue 3: Video Lessons Not Loading or Buffering

Clear your web browser cache or try opening the member area in a private/incognito window.
Ensure that browser extensions (such as aggressive ad blockers or script filters) are not blocking video playback.
