Getting Started with THCSS Courses

Welcome to THCSS Courses, the clinical and practice management educational programs created by Dr. Arpana Samanta. This guide explains what to expect after enrolling in a course and how to access your specific course member area.

1. What Happens After Enrolling in a Course

All THCSS educational programs are electronically provisioned. Immediately after completing checkout:

Course Account Activation: Your course enrollment is registered under the email address entered during checkout.
Automated Course-Access Email: An automated welcome email containing your course member-area access link and setup instructions is dispatched to your registered email address.
Portal Account Setup: You follow the setup link in your email to set a secure password and log into your dedicated course member area.

2. Important: THCSS Courses vs. THCSS AI Assistant App

The Homeopathic Clinic Success System offers two distinct product offerings that operate on separate platforms with independent access credentials:

[!IMPORTANT] Independent Access Credentials: Your course member-area login on drarpana.com does not log you into the AI Assistant App at app.thcss.in. Similarly, your AI Assistant App Magic Link or password cannot be used to log into course member areas.
(Note: Annual AI Assistant subscribers and CRGS enrollees receive bundled access to both offerings, but each platform is accessed at its respective web address).

4. Immediate Next Steps

Check Your Email: Look for your course-access email in your inbox.
Review Spam & Filter Folders: If the email is not immediately visible, check your Spam/Junk folder and Promotions or Updates tabs. For detailed steps, see our guide on What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Course Access Email.
Log In to Your Member Area: Follow the link in your access email or navigate to your course’s member-area URL listed above.
Understand Your Curriculum & Access Term: Review your course access duration (e.g., 365 days for the Master Practitioner Program, 180 days for CRGS, 30 days for Remedy Families) and course structure in our Course Access Periods & Curriculum Guide.
